A Greek breakfast made with products grown by us!
Our breakfast includes: very fine quality coffee, fresh eggs laid within the past two days by chickens we raise on our farm, omelettes with vegetables from our garden, home-made marmalade made from fruit grown in our own garden (apricots, sour cherries, plums, apples, quinces, wild blueberries, oranges and pumpkins), peppers, fresh-baked bread from a local bakery, seasonal fruit (including figs, grapes, melon, watermelon, cherries and berries) from our garden, our own tomatoes and olives, Naxos cheeses, Greek yoghurt, Naxos honey, home-made pies or bougatsa (Greek custard pie), loukoumades (Greek doughnuts) or tiganites (Greek pancakes), cereal, milk, tea, local herbal teas, orange juice, detox water with fresh-picked lemons and mint.

Traditional Mediterranean cuisine with local products!
At Petrino you dine in our courtyard, in the Cycladic moonlight and with a view of Abram beach, from 19:30 to 21:00 every evening. You won’t find a set menu at Petrino, because our menu is drawn up every morning, based on the ingredients available. Our fundamental philosophy is that we cook exclusively with fresh products that are available from our garden, and with cheeses, fish and meat available daily from our local suppliers. This is why you need to make a reservation in advance, which you can do every morning, either by email, at resv@petrinonaxos.gr, or by talking directly to us.
Some of the things you’ll find on our menu are: delicious rabbit stew, made with rabbits raised on our farm and tomatoes and onions from our garden; Chicken braised in tomato sauce and Coq au Vin, both raised in our farms chicken coop; every kind of olive oil-base dish of Mediterranean cuisine – made with vegetables from our garden – including imam bayildi, green beans, artichokes, moussaka, stuffed vegetables and stuffed vine leaves; cheeses available from local producers, potatoes we grow ourselves, fish from the local daily catch, and pork and goat meat from local producers. We’ll also amaze you with our home-made savoury pies, including cheese pies, herb pies, eggplant pies, leek pies and zucchini pies, all made with filo (flaky Greek pastry) that Sophia rolls fresh every day. You can complement your dinner with our own wine or choose from a select wine list created lovingly by Marianna, with emphasis on Greek varieties.
